Türkiye Ä°statistik Kurumu (TÜÄ°K) verilerine göre, konut satışları 2015 yılında bir önceki yıla göre %10,6 artış göstermiÅŸ. 2015’te yeni konut satışı toplam satışlar içinde % 51,9’ luk paya sahip. Yeni konut satışlarında da en fazla payı Ä°stanbul, Ankara ve Ä°zmir aldı. Konut yatırımında bu üç ilimiz yatırımcıların gözdesi olmaya devam ediyor.Bunun yanı sıra, yabancılara yapılan konut satışları bir önceki yıla göre % 20,4 artış göstermiÅŸ.Yabancıların konut yatırımında ise ilk sırayı Ä°stanbul alırken, bunu Antalya, Bursa ve Yalova izliyor.Yabancıların konut yatırımlarında ise ilk sırayı Irak alırken, bunu Suudi Arabistan, Kuveyt, Rusya ve Ä°ngiltere izledi.

     Konut satışlarında 2015 yılında, Ä°stanbul 239 bin 767 konut satışı ile en yüksek paya (%18,6) sahip oldu. Satış sayılarına göre Ä°stanbul’u, 146 bin 537 konut satışı (%11,4) ile Ankara, 77 bin 796 konut satışı (%6) ile Ä°zmir izlemiÅŸ. En az satış ise 139 konut ile Hakkari’de gerçekleÅŸti. Türkiye genelinde satılan konutların 434 bin 388 tanesi ipotekli, 854 bin 932 tanesi ise diÄŸer satış türünde gerçekleÅŸmiÅŸ. Türkiye genelinde konut satışları 2015 Aralık ayında bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre %5,9 oranında  artarak 142 bin 599 olarak gerçekleÅŸmiÅŸ. Konut satışlarında, Ä°stanbul 26 bin 595 konut satışı ile en yüksek paya (%18,7) sahip.

     Satış sayılarına göre Ä°stanbul’u, 16 bin 046 konut satışı (%11,3) ile Ankara, 8 bin 345 konut satışı (%5,9) ile Ä°zmir izledi. Konut satış sayısının düÅŸük olduÄŸu iller sırasıyla 13 konut ile Hakkari, 15 konut ile Şırnak ve 20 konut ile Ardahan oldu. Türkiye genelinde ipotekli konut satışları ise, bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre %6,6 oranında azalış göstererek 40 bin 283 oldu. Toplam konut satışları içinde ipotekli satışların payı %28,2 olarak gerçekleÅŸti. Ä°potekli satışlarda Ä°stanbul 8 bin 826 konut satışı ve %21,9 pay ile ilk sırayı aldı. Toplam konut satışları içerisinde ipotekli satış payının en yüksek olduÄŸu il %55 ile Ardahan oldu.

     DiÄŸer konut satışları konusunda ise, Türkiye genelinde bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre %11,8 oranında artarak 102 bin 316 oldu. DiÄŸer konut satışlarında Ä°stanbul 17 bin 769 konut satışı ve %17,4 pay ile ilk sıraya yerleÅŸti. Ä°stanbul’daki toplam konut satışları içinde diÄŸer satışların payı %66,8 oldu. Ankara 10 bin 611 diÄŸer konut satışı ile ikinci sırada yer aldı. Ankara’yı 5 bin 861 konut satışı ile Ä°zmir izledi.Konut satışının en az olduÄŸu il ise 9 konut ile Ardahan oldu. Türkiye genelinde ilk defa satılan konut sayısı bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre ise %12,4 artarak 74 bin 032 oldu. Toplam konut satışları içinde ilk satışın payı %51,9 oldu. Ä°lk satışlarda Ä°stanbul 13 bin 625 konut satışı ile en yüksek paya (%18,4) sahip olurken, Ä°stanbul’u 8 bin 031 konut satışı ile Ankara ve 3 bin 695 konut satışı ile Ä°zmir izledi. Türkiye genelinde ikinci el konut satışları da bir önceki yılın aynı ayına göre %0,4 azalış göstererek 68 bin 567 oldu. Ä°kinci el konut satışlarında da Ä°stanbul 12 bin 970 konut satışı ve %18,9 pay ile ilk sıraya yerleÅŸti. Ä°stanbul’daki toplam konut satışları içinde ikinci el satışların payı %48,8 oldu. Ankara 8 bin 015 konut satışı ile ikinci sırada yer aldı. Ankara’yı 4 bin

Yabancılara yapılan konut satışlarında 2015 yılında ilk sırayı 7 bin 493 konut ile Ä°stanbul, ikinci sırayı 6 bin 072 konut ile Antalya aldı. Antalya'yı  bin 501 konut satışı ile Bursa ve bin 425 konut satışı ile Yalova izledi. Yabancılara 2015 yılı Aralık ayında ise 2 bin 283 konut satışı gerçekleÅŸmiÅŸ. Yabancılara yapılan konut satışlarında, Aralık 2015’te ilk sırayı 977 konut satışı ile Ä°stanbul aldı. Ä°stanbul ilini sırasıyla 460 konut satışı ile Antalya, 139 konut satışı ile Bursa ve 118 konut satışı ile Yalova izledi. Irak vatandaÅŸları 2015 yılında Türkiye'de 4 bin 228 konut satın aldı. Irak'ı 2 bin 704 konut ile Suudi Arabistan, 2 bin 130 konut ile Kuveyt, 2 bin 036 konut ile Rusya Federasyonu ve  bin 054 konut ile Ä°ngiltere izledi. Aralık ayında ise Irak vatandaÅŸları Türkiye’den 512 konut satın aldı. Irak’ı sırasıyla, 258 konut ile Suudi Arabistan, 209 konut ile Kuveyt ve 150 konut ile Rusya Federasyonu izledi.

FOREIGN INVESTORS ARE INTERESTED IN BURSA FOR RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENTS

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data, residential sales increased by 10.6% in 2015 compared to the previous year. The share of total new residential sales was 51.9% among all sales. The highest shares in new residential sales were in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. These three cities are still popular for residential investments. In addition to this, residential sales to foreigners showed an increase by 20.4% compared to the previous year. In terms of foreigners' residential investments, Ä°stanbul is at the top, Antalya, Bursa, and Yalova follows it. In terms of foreign countries' residential investments, Irak is the first, and Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia and Britain come after it on the list.

For residential sales, Ä°stanbul has the highest share with 239 thousand 767 (18.6%) sales in 2015. In terms of residential sales, Ankara was the second with 146 thousand 537 (11.4%) housing sales ,and the third one was Ä°zmir with 77 thousand 796 house sales (6%). The lowest sale was in Hakkari with 139 housing sales. In Turkey, 434 thousand 388 houses that were sold, were under mortgage, and 854 thousand 932 of them were sold by different types of sales. Residential sales number in Turkey, which increased by 5.9% in December 2015, compared to the same month of the previous year, was 142 thousand 599. In terms of housing sales, Ä°stanbul has the highest share with 26 thousand 595 (18.7%) sales.

According to sales figures, Ä°stanbul was followed by Ankara with 16 thousand 046 housing sales (11.3%), and  Ä°zmir with 8 thousand 345 housing sales (5.9%). The lowest residential sales were in Hakkari with 13 housing sales, Şırnak with 15 sales, and Ardahan with 20 sales. Mortgage housing sales overall Turkey declined by 6.6% compared to the same month of the previous year, and became 40 thousand 283. Share of mortgage sales was 28.2% among total residential sales. In terms of mortgage sales, Ä°stanbul had the highest share of 21.9% with  thousand 826 housing sales. Highest mortgage housing sales share was in Ardahan by 55% among housing sales.

The other housing sales became 102 thousand 316 with an increase by 11.8% compared to the same month of the previous year. Among the other residential sales, Ä°stanbul had the highest sale number with 17.4% share and 17 thousand 769 housing sales. The other sales share became 66.8% of total residential sales in Ä°stanbul. Ankara was ranked as second with 10 thousand 611 sales, and Ä°zmir became third with 5 thousand 861 sales. The lowest housing sale was in Ardahan with 9 houses. Overall Turkey, the number of total residential sales has reached to 74 thousand 032 with an increase by 12.4% for the first time. Among total residential sales, the share of the first sales was 51.9%. While Ä°stanbul had the highest housing sales with 13 thousand 625 sales (18.4%), Ankara was the second one with 8 thousand 031 residential sales, and Ä°zmir became the third with 3 thousand 695 housing sales. Overall Turkey, second-hand housing sales were 68 thousand 567 with a decrease by 0.4% compared to the same month of the previous year. Ä°stanbul had the highest sales number with 12 thousand 970 sales and 8.9% share. Share of second -hand housing sales among total housing sales was 48.8% in Ä°stanbul. Ankara became second with 8 thousand 015 housing sales. Ä°zmir followed Ankara with 4 thousand 650 residential sales. Antalya was the second with 460 sales, and Bursa was the third with 139 sales, and Yalova was the fourth with 118 sales. Iraq citizens bought 4 thousand 228 houses in Turkey in 2015. Saudi Arabia followed Iraq with 2 thousand 704 sales, Kuwait with 2 thousand 130 housing sales, Russian Federation with 2 thousand 036 sales, and England with 1054 residential sales. Iraq citizens bought 512 houses in December in Turkey. Iraq was followed by Saudi Arabia with 258 housing sales, Kuwait with 209 sales, and Russia Federation with 150 sales.
